It's completely NORMAL after being socialized the way we have. But this doesn’t have to be your future.  I'm here to help you love yourself and your body as it is WITHOUT changing it.  If this sounds like bullshit to you, don't worry, it did to me too at first.

 

Just think of me as your new, fun loving best friend. Empathetic and bubbly as hell, with a passion for helping you live your best life in the body you have right now.  You'll learn that your body image, confidence, and self-love aren't set in stone. You have the power to create something new for yourself.

P.S. This is NOT another diet or exercise plan, or some woo woo manifestation mumbo jumbo.  I'm not promising you instant magic results where you love every inch of your body every second of every day. â€‹
